How come you have not listed any obituaries since your new web-site? Do you not publish obits anymore? Please fix your website so it again shows current obituaries, the most recent obit is dated Oct 14Thank you Janet
Newspaper Reply Following what has become the industry standard over the last decade, The Northern Times has changed its obituary policy from publishing obituaries free-of-charge, to publishing on a pay basis. For the website, this poses a bit of a challenge. Those who have a paid subscription can view those obituaries that appeared in the current issue. Those who choose only to view the free content cannot. We have received several comments from readers curious about the lack of obituaries on the site, so we have recently decided to post brief death notices on the website, thereby providing all readers with the most current information.
