MGM Resorts kicks off monthly culinary series with celebrity chef Todd English

Las Vegas' MGM Resorts International kicks off its new monthly culinary series today with celebrity chef Todd English.

English will be the first of MGM Resorts' executive chefs to showcase his food during the innovative Snack Wagon Takeover, where a cart loaded with exclusive culinary bites created by each featured chef will roll through the Bellagio Resort and Casino's Harvest by Roy Ellamar restaurant, stopping tableside to allow guests to sample food from the cart.

English will guide the snack wagon around Harvest while mingling with guests, answering culinary questions and serving dishes from his own restaurant in the Bellagio, the modern Mediterranean-inspired Olives. Prices will vary by item.

Ellamar’s traditional Harvest snack wagon, featuring farm-to-table small bites, will also roam the restaurant during the event.
