TORONTO -- People are still paying thousands of dollars for pieces of Rob Ford's embattled reign as Toronto's mayor.

On Sunday, the eBay auctions wrapped up for Ford's Don Bosco football jacket and the sweatshirt from the notorious photo of the ex-mayor that first surfaced when his crack cocaine scandal began back in May 2013.

Someone paid $9,332.12 for the hoodie and $1,161 for the jacket Ford wore when he coached the Don Bosco Eagles high school football team.

Like past items that the Etobicoke North (Ward 2) councillor has sold off on eBay, it isn't clear who bought these latest pieces of Ford memorabilia or what's driving the bidding frenzy.

A week ago, the tie Ford was wearing when he admitted he had smoked crack cocaine went for $16,100 on eBay.

The ex-mayor has pledged to donate 10% of the eBay sales to cancer research and the remaining 90% to other charitable causes.
