Bill Harris' TV must-sees for the week of Feb. 22:

1. 87th annual Academy Awards (live)

Neil Patrick Harris hosts the annual hardware handout. I guess the big question is, will this year's Oscars actually get done faster than the endless Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary Special last weekend?

When: Sunday, Feb. 22 on ABC, CTV

2. House of Cards (third-season debut)

President Underwood (Kevin Spacey) fights to secure his legacy. Wife Claire (Robin Wright) wants more than merely being First Lady. And yet their biggest threats may come from each other. So just like the Clintons, huh?

When: Friday, Feb. 27 on Netflix

3. How to Get Away With Murder (first-season finale, two hours)

Network TV doesn't boast many new buzz shows. But this series, starring Viola Davis, truly has made an impact. The season-ending episode is titled, “It's All My Fault.” Really, Annalise?

When: Thursday, Feb. 26 on ABC, CTV

4. The Voice (eighth-season debut)

It's tough keeping up with the cycles, but Christina Aguilera is in, Gwen Stefani is out. Aguilera joins Pharrell Williams, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton as celebrity coaches, with Carson Daly back as host.

When: Monday, Feb. 23 and Tuesday, Feb. 24 on NBC, CTV Two

5. Parks and Recreation (series finale)

It's nice that this Amy Poehler sitcom gets a proper sendoff, although ratings suggest even hardcore fans have left it behind at this point. Anyway, the gang completes one last task before we say goodbye to Pawnee.

When: Tuesday, Feb. 24 on NBC, City

6. Sleepy Hollow (second-season finale)

Familiar faces will perish and a key relationship will implode in this episode, titled "Tempus Fugit." That translates to, "Time flies." I'll bet Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) has thought exactly that more than once.

When: Monday, Feb. 23 on Fox, Global

7. Marvel's Agent Carter (first-season finale)

Peggy (Hayley Atwell) faces the full fury of Leviathan as she tries to save Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper). Oh yeah, she has to save the world, too. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns to this time slot next week.

When: Tuesday, Feb. 24 on ABC, CTV

8. Shania: Still the One Live from Vegas (debut)

Concert special recaps Canadian country music superstar Shania Twain's two-year residency in Las Vegas, which ended in December after 105 shows. This also is setting up a live CD and DVD release, of course.

When: Saturday, Feb. 28 on ABC, CTV

9. The Amazing Race (26th-season debut)

This edition will feature 11 new teams, with six of the couples being pre-existing duos, while five are meeting for the first time at the starting line. Um, if memory serves, isn't there already a show like this, called Dating Naked?

When: Wednesday, Feb. 25 and Friday, Feb. 27 on CBS, CTV

10. Survivor (30th-season debut)

Themed “Worlds Apart,” the new campaign will separate contestants into three tribes: Blue collar, white collar and no collar. Hmmm ... it's getting harder and harder to come up with new twists on this, isn't it?

When: Wednesday, Feb. 25 on CBS, Global
