Chat recap: Tory leadership candidate Christine Elliott

Ontario Progressive Conservative Leadership candidate Christine Elliott will join Sun readers Thursday for an online chat.

Elliott is the first and only declared candidate in what is expected to be a crowded leadership race following the resignation of former leader Tim Hudak.

The party is charting a new course following a disappointing election result last month and Elliott is already considered the frontrunner to lead the charge.

Elliott is the MPP for Whitby-Oshawa, a lawyer, the mother of triplet sons and the widow of former federal finance minister Jim Flaherty.
