It was Lance Armstrong's one-word answer to a very blunt question asking whether or not he took drugs to help him win bike races.
In the first three minutes of a highly-anticipated interview, Oprah Winfrey managed to get Armstrong to admit something people have wanted him to admit for 10 years – that he's a cheat.
On Friday night, the interview continued, and Sun Media was back with another two-hour live chat that ran throughout the show.
Our panel of cycling experts chimed in throughout the interview.
